• UPDATE:
They have done a lot of work and have fixed every issue I brought up. It may be preventing some maintenance mode plugins from working though. Still, it’s so good now that I’m thinking about buying the pro version.

    ORIGINAL:
This is the definitely the best looking redirect plugin from the backend. The UI is pleasing to the eye. However, functionally the free version is just good, not great. It isn’t the best free version for making redirects. One glaring thing it is missing is the ability to make links (individually or globally) case insensitive. Uppercase and lowercase are treated as unique for all links. I don’t even see that the option is available in the pro version, which really weakens its effectiveness when sharing links with actual humans, especially verbally. Also, there seems to be no ability to mask a redirect link even in the pro version, which occasionally is very useful. This plugin (especially the pro version) clearly took a great deal of work, but the pro version, even discounted seems expensive. Honestly, until they include those abilities, there’s no way I’d buy it at anywhere near what they’re asking.

I checked all through the plugin to see if I was missing something because I was really appreciative of your response. However, you did not fix this. You only inverted it such that now the problem is the opposite. Instead of making it so there is no way to make links case insensitive, you made it so there is no way to make links case sensitive. Both are problematic, and other plugins have this ability individually and for free.
