Hi, I’m new to mail chimp integration with wordpress site. Sorry if I’m being an idiot. But I’m a bit confused, prior to discovering mail chimp, I had the jetpack subscription to ‘sign up to my blog’. Now a friend is using a regular wordpress blog (set up by me) and her email for her latest posts look horrid, just plain obvious wordpress content and not using her domain link at all…..just blue and white and boring.

Now I wanted to get my sign up email to look my cousin’s email alert, which has mail chimp written at the bottom and the blog/post is in the email with no mention of wordpress itself (although it’s a www.remarpro.com site, like mine).

So my question is, if I put this widget in my sidebar, will the ‘sign up’ form actually deliver my posts beautifully, because in my mail chimp account, I don’t have any template or designs set up just a list of subscribers. Does it actually ‘get’ the link between the subscribers and the content. SORRY if I’m being daft, but I’m not quite clear on this.
