Looks Fine on localhost but is totally broken on server

I’ve recently been updating stuff on my website, I’ve been working on it on localhost, I finished the changes then uploaded it, but I have been getting something completely different once it is uploaded, things seem to have moved about the page, various plugins no longer work and even just some particular style changes just seem to have not carried over during the upload. But still it works just fine in localhost. Please really need help with this one, very confused.
