Looking to switch to this plugin

I’m currently using a different phpBB/WordPress integration plugin, but have encountered a couple of troubling issues with my administrator account occasionally becoming connected to a different phpBB account. It’s easy enough to fix in phpMyAdmin when it happens, but it’s obviously a concern.

Therefore, I’m wondering if switching to this plugin is a viable alternative and whether there’d be any problems in doing so.
