Sadish, yes, depending on the scope of the project.

I don’t have time at the moment to be designing themes from scratch — but if someone wants an existing theme customized, I can certainly do that (and also add built in integrated support for plugins they use).

I’m also available (for hire) for installing WP and setting it up with the themes and plugins and configurations that they want for those who can’t or don’t want to do it themselves.
