Looking to hire someone to help with a site

Hi, Looking for help on customizing a few things on a site I am working on. Specifically, in these areas:

1. Using a vantage premium theme
2. Being able to move the finished product to another server / domain when complete
3. Editing the header contents, which include a “ShiftNav” navigation, a centered logo and a button and social media links to the right.
4. The above contents in the header needs to be responsive
