Looking to Hire Consultant to Fix Crawl Errors

I have about 5,400 crawl errors showing in Google Webmaster Tools. And I’m looking to hire someone who can fix all the 404s and keep them from returning. I’ve done some research on it, and I had a programmer on it before, they just never fixed it. Therefore, I can send (or post) many more details about the situation.
