Hello ?? Hope you’re doing great. Elementor is usually an awesome plugin and have been using it for a while. After a recnt update, it seems to have broken some functionality with another major plugin, Membermouse. for example, on some forms, error messages no longer display, and on password resets, it double-sends the emails.

Through deep testing, it’s been isolated to only when Elementor is enabled. (Ruled out caching, theme, and all other plugins). Only when Elementor is enabled does the issue present, and the plugin configuration has been working for 1.5+ years (Elementor with Membermouse).

Could you please let me know if this is anything you have heard of before? And if not, what details you might need from me that I can share (website, access, etc. via a private message) to investigate further.

I very much appreciate your time, the team, and the usually great Elementor functionality. Looking forward to collaboratively figuring this out together. Thanks

    Hi there,

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words about Elementor. We deeply appreciate your support and feedback.

I understand that you’ve encountered issues with the Membermouse plugin following a recent update to Elementor. Specifically, you’ve noted that error messages on forms no longer display and password reset emails are being double-sent. I can imagine how frustrating this must be, especially since this configuration has been functioning well for over 1.5 years.

While we strive to ensure compatibility with a wide range of third-party plugins, occasionally updates can introduce unforeseen issues. It’s good to hear that you’ve already conducted thorough testing to isolate the problem to the interaction between Elementor and Membermouse.

Currently, we are not aware of any widespread issues specifically related to Membermouse following the recent update.

Therefore, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this plugin, so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.

Should they need any help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account and our developers will be happy to assist. https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues

Thank you again for your patience and for being a valued member of the Elementor community.

    Best regards,

    Alain
