Looking to easy way to move wordpress

I have my wordpres on https://www.otherdomain/wordpress and want to move to https://www.mydomain.com

At this time I have https://www.mydomain.com forwarded to https://www.otherdomain.com, but i dont like it cause even I mask the otherdomain name with mydomain name, subpages shows otherdomain/subpage

( hope Im not making this more confusse )

What is the easy way to move wordpress from one domain to other? I mean, is there a chance to do it without reconfig paths and /or delete and rebuild database?

I know I cant install wordpress in the mydomain.com root directory but I loose all the comments and I have to post all the articles agains, install pluginns, and all that hard work

Any suggestion to this torturated soul?
