• Hello,

    1. We would like to use a form whose questions will vary depending on answers the visitor has previously given.

For example, if the person states he is male, we won’t ask questions that are only for women.

    2. Also, this questionnaire will be rather lengthy. So we hope we could use a program/plugin that will allow the visitor to save his progress and resume anytime (anyday).

    3. Also, we would like the user to be able to go back, if they realized they gave the wrong information.

    4. We also would like a something free, if possible
Would love to hear from all of you.

  • I would recommend Gravity Forms, they are the industry standard and have many plugins tailored to WordPress.

Thanks, graphfx. The Gravity Forms site looks good. Would you be able to recommend any free alternatives?

    Hi mluther .
I can recommend you Form Maker , that have demo and premium version ,
I’m not sure but maybe you can manage it by demo version of this plugin.
