Looking plugin to customize user backstage page

Hi,

I working on a site where member have to pay to post their content.I would like the site look different than the WP, so I wonder is there any plugin that can customize user backend page styling?

The user I mean here is referred to roll like Editor and Author who has the permission to create post.

I don’t want to change the core file, to prevent messiness when upgrading the wp in the future. So it would be nice if I can do this by using a plugin.

However, after hour of googling, I found nothing. So perhaps somebody here can helps?
