Looking for way to let subscribers manage list-based data on my site

Hello, I have a concept that I have never seen online before and am trying to figure out if there is a WP plugin out there that can help. My site is all about collecting a certain brand of toy, and I’d like to add a ’collection management’ feature for my subscribers.

Ideally it would work like this. A subscriber logs in and goes to a page with a large list of toys. Next to each toy listing, there would be a few radio buttons which the subscriber could select:
– Don’t Want It
– Want It
– Got It
Only one button would be selectable at a time. Thus, each subscriber could maintain their list on my site about their own toy collection. Then perhaps I could have a widget which graphically shows each subscriber how complete their collection is – that is, the percentage of Want Its vs. Got Its. Or, perhaps a custom page for each subscriber that shows which toys they have indicated as Want It.

Is anyone aware of any subscriber-controlled database management plugin(s) that could help me enable this feature? Thanks in advance!
