Looking for variable length venue booking plugin with repeats

I administer a scout group hall. We hire out the hall when our scouts aren’t using it. Currently, we use Skedda but I’d like to integrate the bookings into our own WP site.

I’ve looked at loads of booking plugins, but all fail on one or more of our mandatory requirements:
– Different rates for different classes of hirers (e.g. community group rather than corporate)
– Variable length bookings (min 1 hour and then 30 min increments)
– Repeat bookings with the ability for the client to cancel/edit individual bookings.

We can do both with Skedda but it’s costing us a lot of money.

Is there anything that will serve our purpose?
