Looking for unique plugin feature

    That section is really just a graphic element with some text on the side. Assuming the graphic has already been created, you can build such a section with any of the WP editors. Clearly the magic is within the graphic itself. It’s essentially an animated inline SVG graphic. I recommend building such a graphic offline using any suitable SVG editor and then inserting the final image into your page.
