Looking for tips on optimizing largescale WooCommerce store performance

I have large scale Woo-commerce powered store with more than 16,000 products and every product has more than 5 images and 15 attributes.

Here I would like to hear your experiences on this scale. what have you exactly done to overcome shortcomings and bottlenecks.
