Looking for survey-plugin with user registration

Hi WordPress community!

I’m looking for a survey plugin that lets users sign up and make their own surveys on my site without me interfering.
I know that there’s a lot of poll/survey plugins out there, but they’re all (at least the ones I’ve seen) made for the administrator only.

Anyone who has knowledge of such a plugin, where users can sign up and make their own poll/survey – optimally with a statistics add-on.

I’m willing to pay for it.
