looking for specific plug-in

Hi, I’m not sure how to word this but I am wondering if there is a specific plugin that can do this:

I need to have an option on my website where there will be two drop down menus ( one saying pick your brand and one saying pick your model ) and after you choose your two drop down options a thumbnail image of a PDF will appear which will take you to the correct manual PDF.

Is there any type of plug-in that could help me with this type of thing? I don’t know what to call it so I don’t know how to go about searching for it.
