Looking for Specific Auto Post Plugin Need.

So I’ve searched google, but I’m unable to locate my exact needs, also there are a ton of plugins that look like they ‘could’ do it, but I don’t fancy installing each and everyone, so I’m turning here.

I would like to know if there is a plugin that can take a ‘base post’ and then post it to my site at a fixed date and time, lets say, every Friday at 7.30pm? Then I can use my post expirator to remove said post a few hours later.

Snag is, I’d like to have the post be fresh, so that SNAP will do what it’s supposed to do copying the post to my other Social Media accounts.
