looking for someone to help the customization of a theme

hello all,

not sure is it a right place to post. pls do tell me where to post if this is not appropriated.

currently i m looking for someone who is willing to do some customization for a wordpress theme, i don’t have much budget and I am not sure how hard or easy the task it.

basically i would like to widgetize the footer, and also create few more menus for the current theme and few more things.

i have asked the company who knows the theme well to alert but simply i cant afford it.

is anyone here interested or does anyone know who to recommend or where to post this? thx a lot!!
