Looking for similar WordPress Plugin these Celebrity Bloggers use

I am looking for similar wordpress plugins which the celebrity blogs hq-celebrity.com, https://www.derekhail.com/, hollywoodtuna.com, https://www.egotastic.com/ use.The features of the plugin is that it shows as a thumbnail on the post page whether its a image or video file and its that link to a photo page with the HQ version of the image or the video with ads on it. Can anyone please advise me of similar plugin if available.
