Looking for Review and Rating Plugin

I am trying to build a review and rating website that allows visitors to enter an items (if not existing) for review (giving stars in multiple options and comment) and other visitors can do the same with the same item. It turns out an average rating will be shown for the same item.

So basically similar websites will be yelp, glassdoor, or ratemyprofessor.

I have spent quite some time for searching both the web and within wordpress, but no solution is found so far. I also tried to use both directory and rating plugins, but it doesn’t work very well (maybe css/ php modification is required? and how? I only have very limited knowledge of css/php).

Any one with any suggestion and ideas will be appreciated. Thank you!!
