Looking for Realtor Theme

  • (If this is not the right group, please accept my apologies and most to the correct one)

    I am looking for a realtor (both home sale and rental) theme for WP and someone who has coding experience to customize it.
    What I do not want to do is pay monthly for the theme. (Which seems to be a growing practice)

  • iHomeFinder is an awesome WordPress realtor plugin that requires little coding experience. It is a paid however.

    I like it but I am not paying by the month for any plugin. NO plugin is worth 40/month. Any other suggestions?
