Looking for REAL Dropship plugin

Hello.

I’ve searched and searched for a Woocommerce plugin that handles the dropship process from start to finish and can’t find what I’m looking for.

I want to move from Prestashop to Woocommerce. Prestashop has a great module for dropshipping, but it’s not quite complete yet.

Here is the dropship model and steps that I need to have the plugin handle:

1. Order comes in
2. When user is in Cart, live updates for UPS and FedEX are displayed so customer can see shipping costs.
3. Shipping costs calculated from vendor’s location to customer’s.
4. Once order is submitted, vendor receives an email indicating an order has come in for one (or more) of their products.
5. Vendor can then login to an admin panel on my site, view the order, print the UPS/FedEX label(s) directly from the login panel.
6. Tracking number is updated and email automatically sent to customer.

Also, within the plugin, I as the admin need the ability to link products to a vendor, and then link a vendor to a shipping option (FedEX, UPS, USPS).

A nice added feature would also allow me, the admin, to pay the vendor via the plugin admin panel as well (to their PayPal account).

Is there anything out there like that for Woocommerce? If not, how much would a developer charge to develop a plugin with above features?
