Looking for profile plugin and recipe plugin

Hello,

i want to configure an existing wordpress installation to fit the following requirements:

– users should be able to change their personal and profile data (including additional profile fields) in a separat user page (not the admin dashboard).

– users should be able to create postings in one specific category to post recipes (als normal posts, including photo). but recipes should not be activated until a admin checks them.

any ideas how to make that work?
