Looking for Plugins: Comment File Upload and Commenter Profile Page

I’m looking for a couple plugins or mods, and haven’t found anything so far.

1. Commenters/users need to be able to upload images with their comments.

2. Commentors/users need to have a “profile page” which displays their user information. This information needs to be extended from the defaults with a half-dozen custom properties, which they can manage themselves.

Can anyone point me to anything?
