Looking for plugin to stream live RTMP videos.

I know there is alot of video players that can play live streams but I am looking for a plugin that allows my buddypress site users to post a live RTMP stream kind of like videos. I am basically looking for anything that can help in doing this, even if it is not exactly what I am looking for. I already have a wordpress video site where users can upload videos so I could kind of work it into that. Thanks.
