Looking for plugin to provide descriptions for social sharing

  • I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to create descriptions that will be used for Digg, Facebook, Pinterest, Delicious, etc.

    I’m currently running Description for Facebook plugin, but that just provides the one site a description.

    As for social media I’m running TF Social Share and AddThis for my services. Here’s a link to a post on my page:
