looking for plugin to list and format a staff page

Hello

I am new to WordPress, having only spent a few weeks working with it. I am helping a small business with their wordpress site and they’re looking for an easy and good looking way to list their employees on a page. I guess that would be a plugin, right?

Right now I guess you could do everything manually in the “Add Pages” menu, but it wouldn’t look very good and be very time consuming. They don’t know anything about HTML or CSS so it’d have to be really easy to use. Ideally, it would be something like the one (which as far as I can tell isn’t free):

where you simply have a design in place and just enter whatever information and images you want. There has to be an easy way to do this, maybe I’m missing something obvious and simple but it seems like many, many sites would have use of this and it’d be used everywhere.

Is there a (free) plugin or some kind of tool available for this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
