Looking for Plugin that Previews External Blog

I’m in search of a plug in and can’t seem to find one that will do this, so thought I’d put this out there in case anyone knows one offhand.

I have a wordpress site that functions as a portfolio like site and I want to link to my other wordpress that’s a blog, but I was hoping to find a plug in or way to preview, say, the latest blog post, in an area on my home page on the portfolio site. So it would link/preview to an external WordPress with either images, text snippet…

Anyone know anything that could work? Thanks so much.
