looking for plugin: share text on dashboad so other admins can read

I would like to share texts with other admins. i think the dashboard is the place to do it.

so i’m looking for a pluging who lets you write some messages there.

didn’t find something like it. maybe i don’t know what to look for.

any thoughts ??
