Looking for Plugin for Apartment Service Request

I’ve done tons of googling, but keep getting results pertaining to other topics. Does anyone know of any plugins that accept and possibly track maintenance/service requests for use in apartment complexes? I’ve thought of using a help desk ticket system. If this is the best bet, does anyone recommend any specific one for this use?
