Looking for overview plugin

Hello i’m working on a website for the flower parade in Zundert, (biggest dahlia parade of the world (verry proud of it))

my question is:

Don’t think this is a wordpress site but i wanna have the same thing.
So for every float a year a post with some information, pictures, if it’s possible some more.
So it has to go from 2017 till 1945, and off course this september 2018 ;).
