    You looking for something like CG-Inbetween? What exactly do you want to output, what locations/frequency.

    Yes, CG-Inbetween can do that for you. Generally, I recommend if you are doing something like Google Adsense, you create an adsense.html file with the adsense code, and then do a ‘file include’ Inbetween pulling in that file at specified post offsets.
