    Hi

    I have an outdated page template in my child theme from woocommerce subscriptions that I want to update. In the documentation it says that the updated template can be found in woo-subscriptions>templates>my-account> but it’s not there. The only file in my templates folder in the woo subscriptions plugin is html-early-renewal-modal-content.php – there is no my-account folder

    I tried to reach out to their support, as I have a paid subscription but I couldn’t access it as they first tested the connection to my site and said it was disconnected – but when I went to the page to reconnect it, it said there that it was connected – plus it’s working fine on the site

    Hope someone here can help with my confusion

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It looks like you need some help with WooCommerce Subscriptions. Since this relates to a premium extension,?and you’ve mentioned having a valid license, you’ll need to reach out internally for further help with this.

    To clarify, were you unable to submit a support request internally? If so, can you log out of your WooCommerce.com account and then access the?WooCommerce “Contact Us” page directly here. Next, click on “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on Woo.com“, and then “Can’t find an answer? Contact us!“:

    A pop-up contact form should then appear:

    You can then complete the support request form there, and see if this submits successfully.

    As per the?forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there???
