Looking for lightweight directory plugin

Hello – looking for a lightweight directory plugin that allows users to submit from frontend. My site has alot of images and rss newsfeeds, so I am not able to have a bulky, memory thirsty huge plugin. Just looking for something easy, lightweight, where local businesses can submit their business information in the particular category.
It would be helpful if users can review and rate, but not lightweight and front end submission are top priorities.
