Looking For Image Tour Plugin

  • Hey Guys and Gals,

    I’m looking for a way to create an image tour like the one found on this page:

    Click the green “Take A Tour” icon.

    It’s simply and image with some placed pulsing icons that have a popover, when rolled-over.

    It appears to all be done with css and some javascript.

    Anyone know of a plugin that would let me create something like this, or would I have to create it from scratch?

    All of the searches I’ve looked up bring up nothing, but I’m not even being able to give a name to what this “Tour image with pop over points” would be called.
