Looking for help setting up wordpress themes and such

I also just tried to open wp-config.php and cannot do so anymore. How do I get to my dashboard. I wrote in the address bar localhost/wp-config.php. I put wordpress into the apache24/htdocs/wp-config.php. Need help. This is installed on my local machine.

Never mind the above where I cannot open wp-config.php. I got it to work.

OK it is looking like WooCommerce is a checkout piece of software. So how do I list the items I have for sale. What is block themes?
