Looking for help, if possible…

  • Hello people of wordpress,

    I’m looking to get my page setup for opt-in it’s currently in the works not close to being finished but I wanted to reach out as I’ve encountered a very odd issue. I’ve setup my API key and setup the form. However, when I go to submit it, it glitches out moving my button in a different position and stalling. That said, when I remove the phone number from the form it works perfectly fine so it seems to be the phone that is the issue, if I had to guess. I’ve tried de-activating all plugins one by one with no luck and was just looking to see if any wordpress guru could help a guy out like me. Thanks!

    Hey George,

    Thanks for the quick reply. I hope I’m understanding correctly but at the moment there’s no plug-in in use currently for the API, I had them setup through the elementor settings where you can add different API keys for different email providers. As far the external API’s I’m only using one which is the GetResponse email providers external API key.

    Then, surely, you’re using the Elementor/PRO plugin for this, as WordPress itself has no API integration with any 3rd-party service ??

    Since you’re using the Elementor PRO version, I’ll recommend you use Elementor’s own support system so their staff can help you resolve this directly and quickly. That’s one of the perks you get when you purchase a plugin or theme ??
