Looking for excellent WordPress wrangler

Sorry if there’s a better place to post this, but I couldn’t find one.

I have a WP blog that’s working just fine, https://www.employeerelationsinsight.com . However, it was designed for version 1.5.x, and I’m not really sure whether specific code changes should have been added to the customized theme pages in order to keep up with the recent code developments. Plus, I’d like the registration and login pages to be customized to match the theme of the rest of the blog. (They were originally, but I’ve defaulted to the updated standard pages for security reasons.)
