• I’m a complete beginner and noobie
trying to edit this piece of coding, since plugins have no effect.

What I initially tried to accomplish was: when clicking on the main category, child categories toggle (appear, disappear).

I just can’t figure it out.

So the next thing I tried is to have one link toggle all child categories at the same time.

    This is what I did:

I need to make this piece of coding work correctly, so people can toggle the category children. It now toggles everything…

The following is a piece of coding from sidebar.php, from a custom theme…

    Here’s the coding: https://www.noukiesims2.net/the%20coding.txt

The exclude=”(‘34,38,36,1,37,10,33,7’) numbers refer to categories I want to be excluded from the toggling.

See the toggle in action on https://www.noukiesims2.net/wp

    My questions are:

    1. Is this even possible? If so, how to correcty apply this?
    2. Is doing all categories seperately possible? If so, how to correctly apply this?

Thank you very much for helping out this noobie ??

    Greetings from Nouk
