Looking for Bulk URL redirection Soluion

  • Hello All!
    Recently I have transfered a website from webs.com to www.remarpro.com webs dont offer database access So i have transfere the whole site manually by copy/past its about 1k+ posts and pages and 5k+ members Have transferred all with a lot of effort Now I think I’m in a real trouble about 50K URLs of my sites are indexd in search engine I need to redirect those Post URL’s to the New wp post URLs, The Previous URL’s are Like this:
    domain.com/apps/blog/show/21699531-POSTTITLE
    and Now wordpress Post URL will be domain.com/POSTTITLE I need to redirect all previously Indexd Post URLs to the wp Posts.
    Can any one Plz suggest a solution or point me to any Tutorial?
