Looking for brochure-ware themes for small businesses

Does anyone know any simple non-blog brochure-ware type themes that would be good for a small business or nonprofit? I’m always looking for these to help out friends and the selection is limited, especially for free ones.

The only one I can seem to find that’s out-of-the-box and free is Notebook. But I’d love to find some more.
