Looking for beta testers

    I have been working on a new version of WordPress Google Form and am looking for some people to do some testing for me. This new version has a number of improvements:

    1. Introduces a Custom Post Type to define forms. All of the controls plus some new ones that are available as short code attributes can now be configured as part of the Google Form custom post type. See this post on my blog for a preview.
    2. New short code ([wpgform id=’N’]) to insert forms defined by the custom post type.
    3. Ability to display the form in columns.
    4. Moved the CAPTCHA (when enabled) to sit above the Submit button instead of below it.
    5. Additional error checking to try and catch when a form wasn’t actually submitted on the Google side.

    I have added some more new features in the past week. WordPress Google Form now has the capability to require the user provide an email address when submitting the form. This email address is sent a copy of the form notification email that can be sent to the site admin or other address.

    I have added quite a few new features (Custom Post Type, Columns, CAPTCHA improvements, Logging, and more) and fixed numerous bugs which were introduced as a result of Google making significant changes to Google Forms.
