Looking for Backup Plugin

  • Hello,

    I’m looking for a backup plugin that will capture the following:

    • Posts, pages, Comments, etc.
    • WP Tables
    • All Plugins
    • All Themes
    • WP installation files
    • Specified directories outside WP directory

    On a scheduled basis, I’d like the plugin to get the info above and either save the zipped file somewhere on the server or email it. The reason I want to capture the WP install is I have heavily customized it – so a simple re-install won’t do.

    I’ve searched on the WP extend site – but wasn’t able to find anything that captured all of the above – not even the DB and plugins/themes.

    Any suggestions?
