Looking for background image plugin that will allow advert images and links

We are looking for a background image plugin which will allow us to fill out a width of 1920px and be responsive.

More importantly, we need one where we can put advertisers ads (multiple) with links in that background area (on both sides of the main content).

Will this plugin allow that? If not, does anyone know of some that will???
