Looking for an programmer with good experience with GD Star Rating 1.9

Hi there, I have already contacted the developer and he is very helpful problem is he is very busy working on version 2.0 but I cannot wait for this and am looking for a programmer who could maybe help with some custom mods to version 1.9.
