Looking for an External Link Notice Page Plugin

  • I’m trying to figure out the best way to create an “external link notice page” on WP. Here’s what and why I want to achieve this and any ideas would be much appreciated ??

    I have a “listen online” button that takes our listeners to an external site. What I’d like to do is have our listeners directed to a page that says “You’re being redirected in …seconds. Please be sure to signup for our newsletter before you go.” That page will have a form on it and within 5-10 seconds it would redirect them to the external link.

    Does anyone know a good plugin that could help me do this or a method I should use to create a page like this?
