Looking for an Evite-like widget?

I’m poking around in the plugins and widgets to see if I can find anything that will allow people to respond about whether or not they’ll be attending an event. Something that works similar to Evite, where I can say yes, maybe or no, and how many guests I’ll be bringing, and have the opportunity to leave a comment. So far I’m thinking the closest thing is a poll-type plugin, but I thought I’d ask for pointers in case there’s something out there that I’ve missed. Or ask you to point to the poll-type plugin that will best allow this sort of setup.
