Looking for an E-Mail Subsription Plugin

  • I am looking for an E Mail subscription plugin.

    It should

      create a sepearte Mailing list (not like subscribe2 save subscribers as users)
      have doubble opt-in
      the possibility to inmport existing Mailing lists
      automatic send an e mail, if a new post is published to the subscriber
      use smtp
