Looking for an appointment booking plugin for a massage therapist..

I’m in need of an easy to set up and use appointment booking plugin.
So far, I’ve tried Bookings by Zingiri and Booking Calendar by wpdevelop.

Bookings was probably the closet to hitting the mark, but it didn’t allow for different start times on different days. Also, it wasn’t the easiest to operate, which is a concern of the massage therapist I’m helping out.

Booking Calendar was easy to use, but didn’t offer the ability to set specific services with varying times.

So, I guess what I’m looking for is:
– Easy to use and set up
– Ability to have hours of operation vary from day to day
– Ability to set predetermined services types and times
– Sync with iCal or Google Cal

Any ideas or suggestions?
